Het is wat verouderd maar wel heel schoon. Handig dat het boven een winkelcentrum ligt waar je alles kan laten doen. Massages , pedicure, manicure haren en noem maar op. Vanuit hier zijn we met de trein naar Sibgepore gegaan.

We recently stayed at KSL and unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The room had broken furniture, a spoiled standing lamp, and to my horror, cockroaches in the toilet. Additionally, the moldy ceiling in the bathroom was a major turn-off. Overall, the cleanliness standards at this hotel were severely lacking, and I would not recommend it to fellow travelers.

The Aircond is not cold at all. Stay for 2 days, first day Tower 2, 14th floor, the room is not cold, technician come and check, still same, no improvement. Second day ask to change room, Towel 1, 14th floor. Even worst! Whole night didn’t sleep. Will not come again, service is bad. Staff didn’t inform about room changing to Towel 1. Disappointed!

V good. Clean. Huge bed. Shopping mall at downstairs. Many massage parlour, manicure and pedicure shops, Hair salons.
V cheap hawkers nearby.
Huge buffets with the cheapest price due to promotion.
Take ＜15 mins from JB checkpoint.

2nd time staying at KSL hotel& Resort. They have comfortable bed and pillows whereby we had good sleep. Facilities in the room needs to maintain - toilet door cannot be close, fridge smell badly as the power is turned off. The location is a bonus that we have chosen to stay in KSL again.

Wifi not good. It keep lagging and disconnecting when connected. Sink cannot flow the water properly.
